Hi! I'm Lisa Hillmann, a Registered Dietitian and Functional Nutritionist, specializing in Nutrigenomic testing. My former career was in Genetic Counseling where I learned how to translate complex information to patients in a way that was understandable and foundational for decision making.

For most of us, cancer is a terrifying topic and we may have personal relationships that have been affected by this diagnosis. The science is clear, however, that nutrition and lifestyle strategies can lower your risks of getting cancer, and these same strategies support healthy longevity with lower risks of chronic disease as well.
